All products sold in the SUB2r Online Store site are subject to the SUB2r Terms
of Sale (for hardware) and End User License Agreement (for software).
Payments for SUB2r products are made via credit cards or debit cards, powered by Stripe. The payment will be charged at the time of order submission.

Delivery, Transfer of Title, and Risk of Loss
All Online Store purchases are subject to separate shipping charges. Transfer of title and risk of loss shall occur on the date when the applicable products are shipped from SUB2r’s warehouse’s dock. SUB2r ships online store products from California, USA.
Shipping and Handling
We ship via USPS Priority Mail for all domestic orders. The fees are displayed at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are set up for single unit purchases. If you are interested in multiple units, please contact us at email@example.com.
International orders are shipped via DHL. The S&H is based on the country of destination. The fees are displayed at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are set up for single unit purchases. If you are interested in multiple units, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of the order. The customer (or recipient, if different) is the importer of record and therefore must comply with all applicable import laws and regulations of the destination country. The value of the product will be declared as the net sales price which is the price you paid less discounts and incentives less shipping.
Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. SUB2r has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond SUB2r’s original delivery estimates.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery with USPS or DHL.
Please examine the package for any damages that may have occurred in transit. If the shipping packaging appears to be damaged, do not accept it. You are responsible for initiating a claim with the carrier as well as your taxation authority for refund of any fees you paid.
We offer a 100% unconditional money-back guarantee within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery to the customer. If you are the original purchaser of the Product and you are not satisfied with this Product for any reason, you may return it in its original condition and in its original packaging within fourteen (14) days of the confirmation of delivery and receive a full refund. Return shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage /customs /duty /taxes, and any return shipping charges cannot be refunded by SUB2r. You will need to contact your taxation authority for a refund.
For your returns we recommend that you
purchase insurance with your carrier for the full value of the merchandise.
This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition, including all cables, mounts, power supply, lenses, or any other item(s) originally shipped with the camera. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, is missing any accessories or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines for return are effective from the date of receipt of the order.
